3. Return Process

- Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
- Packaging: Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping: Use the provided return shipping label (if applicable) or arrange your own shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
