1. Acceptance of Terms

By using REART's website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use REART's website and make purchases, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal right to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3. Products & Descriptions

REART offers three buildable fashion icon products:

• The Icon: Complete set with 785 pieces in full scale
• The Icon Display: Pre-assembled, varnished, includes Certificate of Authenticity
• The Icon Mini: Scaled building set with 390 pieces (1:4 ratio)

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, product descriptions are provided "as is," and images may not perfectly represent colors, finishes, or exact dimensions due to screen display differences. We do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or website content are error-free, complete, or accurate.

All product specifications, dimensions, piece counts, and included materials are subject to minor variations without notice. Varnish finish and Certificate of Authenticity application are subject to quality control standards.

4. Pricing & Availability

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed are accurate only at the time of purchase and binding only upon successful order completion.
• Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on orders exceeding $179 USD. Shipping method and carrier to be determined at checkout.
• Availability: REART reserves the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our sole discretion. Products are available subject to stock availability.
• Pre-Order Model: Many products are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order customers acknowledge that shipments will be fulfilled in April with timelines to be confirmed closer to the ship date. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, though exchanges are permitted subject to product availability.

REART is not responsible for third-party pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error, we reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the order.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Order Process

Placing an order on REART constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs only when REART sends you an order confirmation email. At that point, a legally binding contract exists between you and REART.

Pre-Order Terms

Pre-orders are binding upon confirmation. Pre-order customers commit to payment and cannot cancel without forfeiting the purchase price (subject to applicable refund and return policy for defective items). The estimated ship date for April pre-orders will be confirmed via email as the date approaches.

Cancellation

To cancel an order:

• Pre-order: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If you wish to cancel a pre-order, you forfeit your payment. No refunds will be issued except for defective or damaged items upon delivery.
• Regular Orders: Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Contact contact@reartbuild.com immediately if you wish to cancel a regular order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may initiate a return after delivery.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is collected at checkout using Shopify Payments or other accepted payment methods. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal (where available by region).

• By submitting payment information, you authorize REART and Shopify to charge your payment method for the order total (product price + applicable taxes + shipping, minus any discounts).
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer layaway, payment plans, or installment options at this time.
• You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment processor.
• All charges appear on your statement as "REART" or "LEVELATE."

7. Taxes & Duties

• Domestic (US): Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and collected at checkout based on your delivery address.
• International Orders: Import duties, customs taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer. International customers are responsible for all customs clearance fees and import taxes charged by their government. These costs are not included in the order total.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on reartbuild.com—including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and trademarks—is the property of SASU LEVELATE or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without written permission
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use REART's logo, name, or trademarks without explicit written consent
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically collect content from the website

The REART name, product names (The Icon, The Icon Display, The Icon Mini), and all associated logos are trademarks of SASU LEVELATE.

9. User-Generated Content

If REART permits customer reviews, photos, or other user-generated content ("UGC"), you grant REART a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your UGC on our website and social media without compensation or further permission.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to submit the UGC
• The UGC does not infringe on any third-party rights
• The UGC is accurate and not misleading
• The UGC does not violate any laws or these Terms

REART reserves the right to remove, edit, or refuse any UGC that violates these Terms, is defamatory, contains spam, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the REART website for:

• Illegal activities or violating any applicable laws
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive behavior toward REART staff or other users
